This custom wood sculpture created by nationally known marine artist Vaughn Cochran is perfect for every day use as a cutting board, a centerpiece charcuterie board or be displayed as a piece of art when not in use. Vaughn designs the size and shape of the board based on the character of the wood. He then selects the placement and image for his art to be etched on the board and finally he hand paints the etched image to embellish the artwork. Finally the cracker river is cut into the finished board and is coated with food safe mineral oil to preserve and enhance the wood’s beauty, hand wash only.
Each custom board has a unique hand-numbered identifier and tastefully embellished with the Blackfly logo.
