It seems like I assign myself a near impossible painting task every year or so just to see if I can do it. Net Neutrality is one of those projects. Again painted from a photograph while roaming around the boat yards of the northeast. This painting stretched my painting skills no doubt but it really stretched my patience. I think I spent more time drawing than I did painting. Once I had it roughed in it was just a matter of staying in the color pallet and no getting in a hurry.
